Type: Extract w/grain Size: 5 gallons

162 HCU (~49 SRM)
Bitterness: 13 IBU
OG: 1.053 FG: 1.012
Alcohol: 5.3% v/v (4.2% w/w)
Grain: 1 lb. British chocolate
Steep: 10 cups Starbucks French Roast Coffee used as part of boil water. Make as coffee and pour liquid in, don't put grounds in boil water!

Also used 1 tsp of vanilla extract.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.107 2.5 gallons
3 lb. 3 oz. Dark malt extract
3 lb. Dark dry malt extract
Hops: 1 oz. Kent Goldings (5.1% AA, 30 min.)
1 oz. Kent Goldings (5.1% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: Irish Ale Yeast (White labs WLP004)
Log: Racked to secondary in 7 days, bottled 14 days after secondary.
Carbonation: 3/4 cup corn sugar
Tasting: Coffee Stout, very nice flavor.
