5 oz. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
5 oz. American black patent
5.5 oz. Roasted barley
1 lb. 4 oz. Flaked oats
Mash: 85% efficiency
Steep grains at 152* for 90 minutes. Sparge out with 168* water to make 5 gallons. Add Lactose and Dry Extract. Top off with hot water to make 6.25 gallons.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.057 6.25 gallons
8 oz. Lactose (Milk Sugar)
3.0 lb. Amber dry malt extract
Irish Moss at 10 minutes
Hops: .5 oz. Centennial (10.5% AA, 60 min.)
.6 oz. Willamette (5% AA, 30 min.)
0.6 oz. Willamette (5% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: Irish Ale Yeast
