8 oz. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
1 lb. American chocolate
8 oz. American black patent
1 lb. Roasted barley
Boil: minutes SG 1.079 4 gallons
7 lb. Dark malt extract
2 oz. Brown sugar
1 oz. Molasses
Hops: 2 oz. Northern Brewer (8.5% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (4.7% AA, 15 min.)
1 oz. Centennial (10.5% AA, 15 min.)
Tasting: Added one 7 oz. Blackberry Extract (L.D. Carlson) at secondary fermentation.
