4 lb. Light malt extract
3 lb. Light dry malt extract
5 oz. Corn sugar
Irish Moss
Hops: 1 oz. Liberty (3.3% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Mt. Hood (aroma)
Yeast: Safe Ale us-56
Log: Add 1 oz pure almond extract and 1 oz cinnamon to the boil
Carbonation: Bottle conditioned with the corn sugar added.
