Smoked Chocolate Porter

This is my first try at a porter and was very pleased!!

Beer: Smoked Chocolate Porter Style: Brown Porter
Type: Extract w/grain Size: 5.5 gallons
Color:
80 HCU (~30 SRM)
Bitterness: 9 IBU
OG: 1.063 FG: 1.016
Alcohol: 6.1% v/v (4.8% w/w)
Water: 3 Gallons of distilled water
Grain: 1.22 lb. American crystal 60L
0.30 oz. American black patent
0.30 oz. Roasted barley
0.61 oz. Flaked wheat
Steep: Steep grains in seperate bags for 30 min at 155°
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.116 3 gallons
3.66 lb. Amber dry malt extract
3.66 lb. Dark dry malt extract
I added 8oz of Ghirradelli Bittersweet bakers chocolate at 5 minutes (microwave in a bowl for 2 mins before adding) and 1/2 tsp Irish Moss at 15 minutes.
Hops: 0.60 oz. Fuggles (4.75% AA, 60 min.)
0.60 oz. Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Fuggles (aroma)
Yeast: 1084 Irish Ale
Log: Primary for 7 days at 72. Secondary for 6 days.
