A smoothy dark chocolately delight with wheat and caramel undertones!

39 HCU (~18 SRM)
Bitterness: 38 IBU
OG: 1.055 FG: 1.012
Alcohol: 5.6% v/v (4.4% w/w)
Water: Christchurch NZ - Tap Water
Grain: 100g Wheat malt
300g Pale British chocolate
150g British Cara malt
Steep: Grains ground in blender then added to water prior to boil.
Water then run through sieve and boil started.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.083 12 liters
3kg Light malt extract
Hops: 15g NZ Sticklebract (12% AA, 60 min.)
15g NZ Sticklebract (12% AA, 45 min.)
10g Styrian Goldings (5.5% AA, 20 min.)
10g Styrian Goldings (5.5% AA, 10 min.)
Yeast: Safale Dryed Yeast
Carbonation: One level teaspoon of white sugar per 700 ml bottle
