6 lb. Munton & Fison Amber dry malt extract
Add 1 teaspoon Irish Moss at 30 minutes.
Hops: .5 oz. Northern Brewer (8.5% AA, 60 min.)
.75 oz. Northern Brewer (8.5% AA, 30 min.)
1 oz. Irish Moss (30 min.)
.25 oz. Willamette (aroma)
Yeast: Lallemand Nottingham Ale
Carbonation: 2.3 volumes Corn Sugar: 4.00 oz. for 5 gallons @ 72°F
