Mash: 92% efficiency
Mashed in at 152 for 90 min. @ 1.2 qts/lbs grain. Sparged and collected 26 quarts. At start of sparge added 1/2oz EKG to mash.
Boil: 75 minutes SG 1.058 6.5 gallons
Hops: 0.5 oz. Kent Goldings (6.6% AA, 75 min.)
0.5 oz. Kent Goldings (6.6% AA, 60 min.)
0.5 oz. Fuggles (5.1% AA, 30 min.)
0.5 oz. Fuggles (5.1% AA, 15 min.)

Post Boil: 1.068
Tasting: Wort had a very nice chocolate and coffee overtones. Subdued bitterness, not aggressive. Should turn out very nice.
