1 oz. British chocolate
8 oz. Flaked barley
Mash: 70% efficiency
Mash for 60 min @ 152° Sparge @ 170°
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.085 7.0 gallons
1 lb. Corn sugar
Irish Moss @ 15 to go in the boil
Hops: 2.0 oz. Centennial (10.5% AA, 60 min.)
2.0 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 30 min.)
2.0 oz. Centennial (10.5% AA, 15 min.)
2.0 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 2 min.)
2.0 oz. Centennial (aroma)
2.0 oz. Kent Goldings (aroma)
Yeast: WLP 001 California Ale-make a starter for this one!
