Cole's 1 year Barleywine

This is a STRONG barley wine that will be brewed on my son's 1st birthday. I plan on storing this for a long while, at least two years. I will also put 2 or 3 flip top bottles away every year(plan on brewing a strong ale every b-day) and cracking them open on his 21st so I will age some of this one at least 20 years
