Golden Centennial

I wanted an in your face hoppy pale ale. This should do.

Type: All grain Size: 36 liters
Color:
5 HCU (~4 SRM)
Bitterness: 77 IBU
OG: 1.053 FG: 1.012
Alcohol: 5.3% v/v (4.1% w/w)
Water: Gypsum and Magnesium Sulphate to replicate Burton profil
Grain: 8kg British pale
Mash: 75% efficiency
Mash at 68ºC for 60 Mins
Boil: minutes SG 1.048 40 liters
Boil 60 Mins. Add centennial hops at start of boil. Goldings hops in the last 15 mins and steeped at shut off.
Hops: 100g Centennial (10.5% AA, 60 min.)
50g Kent Goldings (5% AA, 15 min.)
50g Kent Goldings (aroma)
Yeast: Wyeast london III. ! litre starter
