Water: 2 Tbsp. gypsum added before steeping grains.
Grain: 1 lb. British Carastan light
2 oz. Roasted barley
Steep: Steeped until short of boiling.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.096 2.5 gallons
5 lb. Light dry malt extract
Irish Moss added at 15 minutes.
Hops: 1 oz. Fuggles (4.75% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 30 min.)
.5 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 15 min.)
1 oz. Kent Goldings (aroma)
Yeast: Wyeast British #1098
