Mightbe English Ale

This seems like it should be good.

14 HCU (~9 SRM)
Bitterness: 13 IBU
OG: 1.060 FG: 1.010
Alcohol: 6.4% v/v (5.1% w/w)
Water: Municipal water
Grain: 8 oz. American crystal 40L
4 oz. British mild
Steep: I steeped at 155 F for about 30 minutes then turned on heat again. Removed grain at about 180 F for total of about 40 minutes.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.120 2.5 gallons
6 lb. Light malt extract
1 lb. Light dry malt extract
8 oz. Brown sugar
Added 1/2 tsp Irish Moss
Hops: 1 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 45 min.)
1 oz. Willamette (4.6% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: Whitbread Wyeast #1099
Carbonation: Plan to force carbonate
