Very balanced beer that is a house favorite that goes well with a
cigar and also holds a stout rather well for a Black'n Tan

1 lb. German Munich
9 oz. American crystal 120L
8 oz. Flaked barley
Mash: 85% efficiency
153 degree single infusion mash
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.044 13 gallons
irish moss
Hops: 1 oz. Northern Brewer (8.0% AA, 90 min.)
1 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 30 min.)
1.5 oz. Saaz (aroma)
Yeast: wyeast 1028
Tasting: A winner and must have in the fridge.
