2.0 lb. Light dry malt extract
3.3 lb. Wheat extract
Add bitter orange peel to the boil with 15 minutes remaining
Hops: 1.0 oz. Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 60 min.)
1.0 oz. Saaz (3.75% AA, 20 min.)
Yeast: Safbrew 06 - Wheat
Carbonation: 2.4 volumes Keg: 12.2 psi @ 42°F
