New Ginger Ale I'm getting ready to try

4 HCU (~4 SRM)
Bitterness: 13 IBU
OG: 1.046 FG: 1.018
Alcohol: 3.7% v/v (2.9% w/w)
Water: Have soft water in my house it has worked so far so I'm sticking with that
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.077 3 gallons
8 oz. Light dry malt extract
1 lb. Cane sugar
3 lb. Honey
1 lb. Amber malt extract
8 oz Light dry extract at 60 min
1 oz Cascade at 60 min
3 lb Honey at 60 min
1 lb Pale LME at 30 min
2 lemons juiced at 30 min
6 oz Ginger shredded at 30 min
1 lb Cane Sugar at 15 min
1 tsp Irish Moss (rehydrated for 24 hr) at 15 min
2 oz Ginger shredded at 10 min
2 Lemons zest at 10 min
1 oz Williamette at 2 min
Hops: 1 oz. Cascade (5.5% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Willamette (aroma)
Yeast: WLP060 White Labs American Ale Yeast
