Mash in 2.5 gal-122 deg water-rest @ 116 deg-1 hr
Add cereal mash - rest 158 deg- 1.25 hrs
sparge 168 deg - 30 mins- collect 6.5 gallons
* Cereal mash - corn and 6 row- 150 rest 30 minutes, then boil for 30 minutes
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.039 6.5 gallons
