Red, White and Blue Stripe

My attempt at a Red Stripe Clone. No need to worry if the Beer Nazi likes this one. This is for ME! Wish me luck.

Log: I got the old 'fridge dialed in at 50° on the money. I'll ferment for 2 weeks then lager it at 33° unitl im happy with the flavor. 3-5 weeks I expect. I HATE THAT SULPHER TASTE WHEN IT'S NOT LAGERED LONG ENOUGH.

Im going to keg this batch. If it's anything like Red Sripe it will break my heart to waste any of it.
