Single infusion at 154F, recirc for 90 minutes and mash out at 170F.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.066 22 gallons
Hops: 4 oz. Tettnanger (4.5% AA, 60 min.)
2 oz. Hallertauer Hersbrucker (5% AA, 30 min.)
2 oz. Hallertauer Hersbrucker (5% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: Danstar Nottingham @ 65F
