8 oz. Gambrinus honey malt
Mash: 80% efficiency
Single infusion mash at 150-152 degrees F.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.046 6.2 gallons
Hops: 1 oz. Kent Goldings (4.75% AA, 60 min.)
.33 oz. Northern Brewer (8.7% AA, 60 min.)
.33 oz. Fuggles (4.75% AA, 15 min.)
.33 oz. Fuggles (4.75% AA, 5 min.)
.33 oz. Fuggles (4.75% AA, 1 min.)
Yeast: White Labs Burton Ale, WLP 023
Two pints 1.040 starter 1 day before pitching,
using yeast harvested from previous batch
