1 lb. American crystal 40L
Mash: 40% efficiency
Steep all grains together with 1.25 qt water per pound, 155°F for 45 min. Sparge with 1.25 qt per pound hot water.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.050 6.5 gallons
4 lb. Light malt extract
3 lb. Light dry malt extract
Irish moss 15 min
Hops: 1.5 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 15 min.)
.5 oz. Kent Goldings (aroma)
Yeast: White labs London Ale yeast.
Log: Brewed 6 Mar 11, OG=1.062. Dry hopped with 0.5 oz EKG pellets. Racked to secondary 13 Mar, SG=1.016.
Carbonation: 1.3 volumes
