12 oz. Belgian chocolate
Mash: 80% efficiency
Dough in 152F 30 minutes increase temp to 176F for 45 minutes Mash-Out

Sparge 180F 15 minutes
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.044 7 gallons
1 tsp Irish Moss last 10 minutes of boil
Hops: .75 oz. Mt. Hood (4.5% AA, 90 min.)
.5 oz. Mt. Hood (4.5% AA, 30 min.)
.5 oz. crystal (5.0% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: White Labs WLP800 Pilsner Lager or Wyeast 2001 Urquell Lager
Log: Get Fermentation started at room temperture then slowly lower temp to 48-56F
Carbonation: 2.6 volumes Keg: 33.5 psi @ 75°F
