My first irish red was a bomb, so I'm gonna try again with this one

Water: Using distilled water from the grocery store on this one. Just to see if there are any differences from my tap water
Grain: 7 lb. American 2-row
2 lb. American Munich
2 lb. American victory
1 lb. American crystal 40L
Mash: 70% efficiency
single infusion, mash at 156 for 60 min
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.043 7 gallons
whirlfloc added with 15 mins remaining
Hops: .75 oz. Pride of Ringwood (8% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Fuggles (4.75% AA, 15 min.)
1 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: 1056 from a yeast cake
