Haven't brewed this yet but plan to soon. Basing my recipe of off information gathered from the book "Brewing with Wheat" by Hieronymus.

4 HCU (~4 SRM)
Bitterness: 14 IBU
OG: 1.053 FG: 1.010
Alcohol: 5.6% v/v (4.4% w/w)
Grain: 6 lb. American 2-row
2 lb. 6 oz. Wheat malt
.25 lb. German Munich
2 lb. Raw wheat
Mash: 75% efficiency
Step mash
104 degrees for 6.5 minutes
122 degrees for 25 minutes
145 degrees for 12 minutes
163 degrees for 15 minutes
169 Knockout
Boil: 70 minutes SG 1.042 7 gallons
Irish Moss last 10 minutes of boil
Hops: .3 oz. Centennial (10.5% AA, 60 min.)
.2 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 45 min.)
Yeast: Nottingham ale yeast
Carbonation: Carbonate to 2.5 to 3.0 volumes
