OG: 1.071 FG: 1.016
Alcohol: 7.1% v/v (5.6% w/w)
Water: Seattle's finest.
Grain: 1.0 lb. American crystal 10L
1.0 lb. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
2.5 lb. American 2-row
Mash: 60% efficiency
Mash grain at 155°F for 45 min.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.055 6.5 gallons
7 lb. Light malt extract
1 tsp Irish Moss last 15 min of boil.
Hops: 0.5 oz. Columbus (Tomahawk) (14% AA, 60 min.)
0.5 oz. Chinook (13% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (5.5% AA, 30 min.)
0.5 oz. Columbus (Tomahawk) (14% AA, 30 min.)
0.5 oz. Chinook (13% AA, 30 min.)
1 oz. Columbus (Tomahawk) (aroma)
1 oz. Chinook (aroma)
Yeast: Wyeast 1056
Log: Dry hopped with 2 oz. Cascade & 2 oz. Chinook flowers on 3rd day directly into primary. No secondary, kegged on 10th day.
Carbonation: Keg--Force carb.
