Jody's Light Ale

I adjusted this from a recipe I found here. My wife likes a light no body "SHARP" tasting beer. I force carbinate to 3.0 volumes of CO2. This gives the "SHARP" mouth feel to the beer. If you like a Light beer then try this.

Type: Extract Size: 6.0 gallons
Color:
2 HCU (~2 SRM)
Bitterness: 26 IBU
OG: 1.036 FG: 1.004
Alcohol: 4.1% v/v (3.2% w/w)
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.043 5.0 gallons
3 lb. X-Light Dry Malt Extract
1 lb. Dry Rice Syrup Soilds
1 lb. Corn Sugar
Hops: 1.5 oz. Cascade (5.6% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Cascade (aroma)
Yeast: Muntons
Log: Fermented at 68°F. for 7 days. Racked to glass secondary. In secondary for 7 days at 68° F. Racked to keg and conditioned for 6 days.
Carbonation: I force carbinate to 3.0 volumes CO2 however you can bottle with 1.25 cups corn sugar for same CO2 volume.
Tasting: Tastes like Coors to me but you can ask my wife.
