3 lb. American Vienna
1 lb. Belgian CaraVienne
Mash: 70% efficiency
Mash in w/ 1.75 gal @ 150° 30 min @ 135°
Decoct 4 qt and bring to boil add to mash 1/2 hour @ 149°
Infuse 2 qt boiling water to mash 2 hour @ 149°
Mash out @ 170° 2 1/2 gal
Terminal gravity 1.015
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.082 3.5 gallons
3 lb. Light malt extract
Irish moss 1/2t @ 15 min
Hops: .5 oz. Magnum (14.4% AA, 90 min.)
.5 oz. Liberty (4.3% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Hallertauer Mittelfruh (4.3% AA, 15 min.)
.5 oz. Hallertauer Mittelfruh (aroma)
Yeast: 120 ml White Labs WLP 802 Czech Budejovice
Carbonation: 2.4 volumes
2/3 c corn sugar
