Lime Weiser

Tried this recipe on 1/23/11 to please the wife with a bud light lime type brew for her to drink

Bitterness: 15 IBU
OG: 1.037 FG: 1.004
Alcohol: 4.3% v/v (3.3% w/w)
Water: 6 Gallons of filtered water
Grain: 1.10 lb. American 2-row
0.55 lb. American 6-row
1.65 lb. Flaked corn
Steep: Steep grain in a muslin bag in 3.5 gallons @ 150° for 15 minutes...raised temp to 170°....removed grain bag and added LME
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.031 6 gallons
3.64 lb. Light malt extract
2 limes cut in half and squeezed last 15 minutes of boil. Added 1 tsp Irish Moss last 15 minutes of boil
Hops: 0.51 oz. Hallertauer (5% AA, 60 min.)
0.68 oz. Hallertauer (5% AA, 5 min.)
Yeast: White Labs WLP810 San Francisco Lager pitched @ 58° 5-7 days. Room temp for 2 days then lagered for 2-4 weeks @40°
Carbonation: 2.6 volumes Corn Sugar: 4.67 oz. for 5 gallons @ 68°F
