Looking for a dark beer with moderate residual sweetness.

OG: 1.081 FG: 1.019
Alcohol: 8.0% v/v (6.3% w/w)
Water: Good ole tap water usually works well for me on dark beers.
Grain: 23 lb. 8 oz. American 6-row
3 lb. 2 oz. American crystal 120L
2 lb. 8 oz. American chocolate
1 lb. 4 oz. Roasted barley
Mash: 73% efficiency
Pre heat mash tun. Dough in at 168. Temp target 155. Continuous parge at 170 with 10 gallons.
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.059 14 gallons
8 oz. Brown sugar
1 lb. 8 oz. Corn sugar
irish moss at 10, yeast nutrient at 0.
Hops: 1 oz. Sterling (9% AA, 60 min.)
Yeast: Wyeast 1099 Whitbread Ale. Split to two 5 gallon fermenters, pitched 2 slap packets in each. Ferment at 70 degrees.
