CoCoa-Coconut Porter

I am brewing this beer for my wife's birthday. She loves chocolate and coconut and beer, so here we go.

Beer: CoCoa-Coconut Porter Style: Robust Porter
Type: Extract w/grain Size: 5 gallons
Color:
98 HCU (~35 SRM)
Bitterness: 25 IBU
OG: 1.063 FG: 1.014
Alcohol: 6.3% v/v (4.9% w/w)
Water: Tap water
Grain: 4 oz. American crystal 90L
8 oz. American chocolate
2 oz. American black patent
1 lb. Toasted Coconut flakes
Boil: 30 minutes SG 1.105 3 gallons
2 lb. Amber malt extract
5 lb. Dark malt extract
1 lb. Cane sugar
Steep grains and coconut in a hop bag and remove from water when it reaches boil.
Hops: 2 oz. Northern Brewer (8.5% AA, 30 min.)
Yeast: Scottish ale yeast.
