Burke's IPA

I am making this single hop IPA for the second time. It has typical Cascade citrus aroma and flavor. Clean woody finish taste.

Type: Extract Size: 5.5 gallons
Color:
13 HCU (~9 SRM)
Bitterness: 41 IBU
OG: 1.061 FG: 1.016
Alcohol: 5.7% v/v (4.5% w/w)
Water: I use store bought spring water with 1 TBS epson salt added for hardness, since I don't have an analysis for this water.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.111 3 gallons
9 lb. Gold malt extract
Northern Brewer Gold extract Malt used.
Hops: 2 oz. Cascade (6.1% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (6.1% AA, 45 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (6.1% AA, 30 min.)
Yeast: Wyeast 1056 - American Ale
Log: Last brewed 9/24/10. Racked to secondary 10/4. Bottled with 5/8 cup table sugar for carbonation on 10/15. Fermentation temps 65-70 F
Carbonation: 5/8 cup table sugar. Ready in about 3 weeks in basement at about 55-60 deg F
Tasting: Am brewing again with no changes. Taste noted above.
