155* F for75 min. Batch sparged to get 8 gallons wort
Boil: 70 minutes SG 1.058 8 gallons
1 lb. Belgian Dark Candi Syrup
Irish moss, 1 tsp @15 min.

Add the Candi Syrup last ten minutes of the boil to
improve hops utilization
Hops: 1 oz. Sterling (6% AA, 60 min.)
.8 oz. Sterling (6% AA, 45 min.)
.4 oz. Styrian Goldings (4.1% AA, 30 min.)
.2 oz. Sterling (6% AA, 10 min.)
.6 oz. Styrian Goldings (4.1% AA, 10 min.)
Yeast: Nottingham, 2 11g packs, and S-04, 1 pack. Rehydrated and proofed
