0 lb. 8 oz. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
Steep: 150° for 30 minutes in 1.5 gallons water
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.152 1 gallons
3 lb. 0 oz. Amber malt extract
0 lb. 8 oz. Honey
1/2 oz each of sweet and bitter orange peel,lemon peel (10 minutes)
Hops: .25 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 60 min.)
.25 oz. Cascade (aroma)
Yeast: 1/2 pack each Nottingham and Safale 05

Carbonation: Primed w/ 1/2 gallon water,3/4 cup wheat DME,1 tbsp hersheys cocoa powder (boiled 10 minutes-chill to 70°)
Tasting: Takes a long time to come around...This was a test batch.
