0 lb. 8 oz. Rolled oats
Steep: 160° for 35 minutes.3 gallons water.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.073 3 gallons
3 lb. 0 oz. Amber dry malt extract
1 lb. 0 oz. Brown sugar
1 whole lemon cut up
1 oz crystal ginger
Hops: 1.25 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 60 min.)
Yeast: 1.5 packs Nottingham
