My Hops Rye

This is the first beer brewed with my home-grown hops, Chinook. I will use 1 standard ziplock bag stuffed with dry hop cones, or the entire yield(2nd year). Also my first beer using Rye.

Type: All grain Size: 5 gallons

16 HCU (~10 SRM)
Bitterness: 67 IBU
OG: 1.054 FG: 1.012
Alcohol: 5.4% v/v (4.3% w/w)
Water: Naperville tap water.
Grain: 8 lb. American 2-row
1 lb. American crystal 60L
1.75 lb. Rye (raw)
Mash: 66% efficiency
Extra long sparge which I blame on using raw rye and also for lowering my efficiency.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.042 6.5 gallons
4 oz. Cane sugar
Hops: .5 oz. Magnum (13.1% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Willamette (4.8% AA, 30 min.)
1 oz. Centennial (8.6% AA, 10 min.)
.5 oz. Magnum (13.1% AA, 10 min.)
1 oz. Chinook (8.6% AA, 2 min.)
Yeast: Fermentis S-05 dry ale yeast.
Log: Plan on brewing some time this December or January.
Actual brew date: December 12.
Carbonation: 4oz table sugar added to keg.
