Trying to get a very pale, high alcohol ale with a sweet citrus aroma.

Grain: 12 lb. Belgian Pilsner
.5 lb. American victory
.5 lb. Acidulated
Mash: 70% efficiency
145 for 30 min, 148 for 30 min
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.057 6.5 gallons
1 lb. Corn sugar
irish moss for 15 min
Hops: 1.5 oz. Amarillo (11.2% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Amarillo (11.2% AA, 30 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (8.6% AA, 30 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (aroma)
Yeast: 1 L slurry of WL Ca Ale
Log: Primary only. Added dry hops in a bag after 7 days: .5 oz each of Amarillo, Cascade, and Centennial. Bottled at 2 weeks.
Carbonation: 3/4 cup corn sugar
