My Hops Rye

This is the first beer brewed with my home-grown hops, Chinook. I will use 1 standard ziplock bag stuffed with dry hop cones, or the entire yield(2nd year). Also my first beer using Rye.

16 HCU (~10 SRM)
Bitterness: 43 IBU
OG: 1.062 FG: 1.014
Alcohol: 6.2% v/v (4.9% w/w)
Water: Naperville tap water.
Grain: 8 lb. American 2-row
1 lb. American crystal 60L
2 lb. Rye (raw)
Mash: 75% efficiency
Boil: minutes SG 1.048 6.5 gallons
3 oz. Cane sugar
Hops: .5 oz. Centennial (8.6% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Centennial (8.6% AA, 15 min.)
1 oz. Willamette (4.8% AA, 10 min.)
1 oz. Chinook (8.6% AA, 2 min.)
Yeast: Dry ale yeast.
Log: Plan on brewing some time this December or January.
