Mash: 75% efficiency
Boil: 75 minutes SG 1.036 6.75 gallons
4 oz. Cane sugar
Hops: 1 oz. Centennial (8.5% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Centennial (8.5% AA, 10 min.)
.5 oz. Centennial (8.5% AA, 1 min.)
Yeast: Nottingnam dry yeast pitched at 70F.
Carbonation: 1/2 cup table sugar to prime, which was accounted for in the final ABV.
Tasting: 11/13/10-Tasted sample at kegging. Tasted great! Flat, of course. Can't wait until it's ready for mass consumption, which should be Thanksgiving day, as long as it's not too harsh with it's fairly high IBUs.
