1 lb. 8 oz. Belgian Special B
1 lb. Flaked wheat
Mash: 70% efficiency
152°F for 60 min. Mashout 165°F for 15 min.
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.069 13 gallons
1 lb. 8 oz. Honey (Orange Blossom)
Irish Moss last 20 min. of boil.
1 oz. of Bitter Orange peel, last 15 min. of boil
3/4 oz. Coarsely crushed Coriander, last five min. of boil
Hops: 2 oz. Amarillo (6.7% AA, 90 min.)
.5 oz. Hallertauer (4.7% AA, 45 min.)
1 oz. Tettnanger (5.6% AA, 45 min.)
1 oz. Hallertauer (aroma)
1 oz. Tettnanger (aroma)
Yeast: Two packs of Wyeast 3333 German Wheat
Log: Dry Hop in secondary fermentation with 2 oz. Tetnanger
