Steep: Steep for 20 minutes at 155°F
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.138 2.75 gallons
.9kg Amber malt extract
0.76kg Cane sugar
2.74kg Light malt extract
Add extract when boil reaches 195°F, after extract is added get rolling boil for 2-3 minutes before adding hops.
Hops: 15g Northern Brewer (8.5% AA, 60 min.)
7g Fuggles (4.75% AA, 30 min.)
7g Cluster (7% AA, 5 min.)
Yeast: Made 2 each 2 gallon batches:
S-3 dry yeast
Nottingham dry yeast
