Attempt at cloning Maui Brewing Coconut Porter

Water: Arrowhead Mountain Spring Water
Grain: 2 lb. American 2-row
8 oz. American crystal 40L
8 oz. American crystal 60L
10 oz. British black patent
12 oz. Flaked oats
Steep: Toast 1lb coconut at 375° until golden brown, cool then add to mash

Steep grains at 155° for 30 mins, sparge w/ 1 gal warm water
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.056 5 gallons
6 lb. Amber malt extract
Irish Moss at 10mins
Hops: 2 oz. Fuggles (4.75% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Fuggles (4.75% AA, 0 min.)
Yeast: WLP001 California Ale Yeast
Log: Add 1lb toasted coconut to 2ndary fermenter
