Water: 4 gallons of Ice Mountain Spring Water and 2 Gallons of Reverse Osmosis filtered tap water.
Grain: 4 oz. American 2-row
7 oz. Breiss Special Roast
7 oz. Belgian Special B
4 oz. British chocolate
2 oz. Roasted barley
0 oz.
2 oz. Carafa I
Steep: Steeped at 155-160° for 40 mins.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.089 3 gallons
6.6 lb. Light malt extract
1 tsp of Irish moss last 15 mins of boil.
Hops: 1 oz. Hallertauer Hersbrucker (5% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Saaz (3.75% AA, 30 min.)
1 oz. Tettnanger (4.5% AA, 30 min.)
1 oz. Hallertauer Hersbrucker (5% AA, 10 min.)
Yeast: Wyeast 1335.
