3 gals 118° for 112° rest 20 mins.
2 gals 170° for 134° rest 20 mins.
1 gal 212° for 154° rest 60 mins.

Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.047 7 gallons

Log: will ferment at ale temps 65°
Carbonation: force carb in keg. 30 psi for 3 days. serve at 10 psi at 45°
