Dark Night Imperial Porter 2.0

This is my second attempt at cloning Old Viscosity, the first of which was an extract recipe posted on here that turned out very well for me. Now that I do all-grain, I thought I would revisit it.

Type: All grain Size: 5.5 gallons
Color:
113 HCU (~38 SRM)
Bitterness: 62 IBU
OG: 1.094 FG: 1.014
Alcohol: 10.4% v/v (8.1% w/w)
Water: Used filtered Arlington County water. Added 1/4 tsp. of gypsum for minerals.
Grain: 2 lb. American 2-row
4 lb. Wheat malt
8 oz. American crystal 80L
8 oz. British crystal 60
6 oz. American chocolate
6 oz. Belgian chocolate
6 oz. Carafa III
13 lb. British pale
Mash: 66% efficiency
Mashed for 90 min. at 152°F.
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.073 7.15 gallons
Irish Moss @ 15 min.
Wyeast Nutrient @ 10 min.
Hops: 1.5 oz. Yakima Magum (13.1% AA, 60 min.)
.25 oz. Yakima Magum (13.1% AA, 15 min.)
.25 oz. Yakima Magum (13.1% AA, 5 min.)
Yeast: Pitched a massive starter of Wyeast 1056 from a previous batch.
