Grain: 2 lb. British crystal 135-165L
1 lb. British chocolate
1.25 lb. Roasted barley
Steep: Mash in 6 qts water @ 150° F for 45 min.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.077 6 gallons
9 lb. Light dry malt extract
Hops: 2 oz. Galena (13% AA, 60 min.)
2 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 30 min.)
Yeast: Wyeast 1968
Carbonation: Force carb in keg
