Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.050 6.5 gallons
6 lb. Light malt extract
2 lb. 8 oz. Honey
combine extract, Saaz hops,honey to make 6.5 gallons total volume. Boil for 58 min add cascade hops. chill , pitch yeast
Hops: 2 oz. Saaz (3.8% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Cascade (7.5% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: 2112 cal lager(wyeast)
Log: primary fermented for 1 week, sec for 6-6.5wks @ 61-63 deg F
