1 lb. Rye (raw)
5 oz. Honey Malt
Steep: Add grains to 2 quart 168 degree water. Temp should stabilize between 150-152. Hold for 30 mins. Sparge with 170 degree water.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.120 3 gallons
7 lb. 8 oz. Light dry malt extract
Hops: 2 oz. Chinook (11.4% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (7.5% AA, 30 min.)
1 oz. Amarillo (7.5% AA, 30 min.)
.5 oz. Ahtanum (5.2% AA, 15 min.)
.25 oz. Ahtanum (aroma)
