Mash: 85% efficiency
Mashed @ 66C for four hours , bought temp up to 78C then sparged to 6.5 gallons
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.043 6.5 gallons
Hops: 1.0 oz. Galena (13% AA, 60 min.)
1.0 oz. Cluster (7% AA, 45 min.)
1.0 oz. Cascade (aroma)
Yeast: WLP002 Ale yeast slurry from a previous batch added directly to wort while transferring to the fermentor.
