Water: No Water Treatment
Grain: 3.6kg Maris Otter
230g Dark Crystal
230g Carared
40g Cararoma
Mash: 75% efficiency
This makes a very nice, easy drinking beer. Mash @ 64°C for 60 minutes, ramp up to 77°C for 10 minutes. Then pull the bag and start the boil.
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.035 27 liters
Hops: 25g EK Goldings (5% AA, 45 min.)
30g EK Goldings (5% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: Danstar Nottingham Ale Yeast
Carbonation: 1.8 volumes Corn Sugar: 79.2g for 21 liters @ 20°C
