Grain: 12 lb. Belgian Pilsner
4 oz. Belgian biscuit
4 oz. Raw wheat
Mash: 75% efficiency
single infusion mash, 145° for 1hr.
Boil: 70 minutes SG 1.064 6 gallons
1 lb. Corn sugar
irish moss for 15
1 lb corn sugar added for 30
Hops: 1.5 oz. Saaz (6.8% AA, 60 min.)
1.5 oz. Saaz (aroma)
Yeast: wlp570, 1 L starter.
Log: pitched yeast 7/9/10 @ 75°
